*If method of collection is pick up/meet up, please also state your preferred place.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you as soon as possible.

3) Payment to our Baiduri Account.

COLLECTION METHOD;
1) Meet ups - Meet up points will be arranged around Gadong and Kiulap areas only. Time of collection will be arranged to both your convenience and our convenience.

2) Pick ups from several locations - Once order is confirmed, you will be informed about the locations of the pick up points. This is highly RECOMMENDED as you can pick up anytime!

3) Postage - Recommended for customers from other districts*. Buyers are responsible for the postage fees and payment is to be made to our Baiduri Account.

*We accept this method for BSB customers as well provided postage fees are paid by customers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
1) Items are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

2) Item colours may not look exactly like in pictures due to camera flashes, monitor differences, etc.

3) We are not responsible if items are damaged/lost during postage.

4) First Come First Serve Basis.

5) We entertain Serious Buyers only. Please do not place an order if you are unable to make payment.

6) Cancellation is not allowed.

7) We reserve the rights to change our terms and conditions at any point of time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS;
1) What is "Pending"?
Items which are pending means that item has been reserved.

2) Are your items used?
Well, some are, but only when stated. Otherwise the items are brand new.

3) Do you deliver to KB/Tutong?
Sorry, we don't. However, items can be shipped to you through local post office. Shipping of 1 item costs approximately $1 (normal shipping) and $3 (registered shipping) but it depends on the weight.

3) Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. However, we can only accept Western Union as method of payment because paypal doesn't apply to Brunei. Concealed cash is accepted as well, but if it goes missing we won't be responsible. Check with us for more info!
